Southwest Montana Home Sales Data

According to Housing Predictor, in the 2012 Bozeman MT housing market, home buyers, encouraged by very low mortgage rates, should help increase Bozeman home sales in 2012; Housing Predictor has also predicted in 2012 prices of Bozeman homes will decline by an additional 4.2%.
